Review invoices, change orders, and contractor performance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor's preferred)
2–4 years in residential construction or project coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must be local to the State of New Mexico or be willing to deploy 75% of the time (6 weeks on, 2 weeks off) to New Mexico
