Responsibilities
Structure and negotiate sophisticated debt facilities, including asset-backed loans, credit upsizes, and specialty finance for emerging companies and private lenders
Advise on equity raises, convertible instruments, SAFEs, and warrants in venture rounds from seed to Series D
Represent funds, borrowers, and investors in fund formation, private equity investments, and cross-border transactions
Handle M&A alongside financing, including acquisitions, asset sales, and strategic rollups in tech and consumer space
Collaborate on innovative deals closing $10M–$200M+ facilities for SaaS, fintech, and sustainable startups
Qualification
Required
Experience in debt financing, including structuring and negotiating sophisticated debt facilities
Ability to advise on equity raises, convertible instruments, SAFEs, and warrants in venture rounds from seed to Series D
Experience representing funds, borrowers, and investors in fund formation, private equity investments, and cross-border transactions
Experience handling M&A alongside financing, including acquisitions, asset sales, and strategic rollups in tech and consumer space
Experience collaborating on innovative deals closing $10M–$200M+ facilities for SaaS, fintech, and sustainable startups
Ideal candidates bring experience from AmLaw firms or similar law firm practices
