Support attorneys by preparing and organizing legal documents
Conducting legal research
Reviewing and filing legal records
Drafting pleadings and motions
Working closely with the legal team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of case materials
Maintaining excellent communication with clients and other involved parties
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
Proficiency in Legal Research
Experience drafting and reviewing Pleadings and Motions
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of legal software and case management systems is a plus
Paralegal certification or degree in legal studies is preferred
Prior experience in personal injury or comparable legal practice areas is an asset
