Responsibilities
Assist small business owners in selecting the right commercial insurance coverage
Provide consultative guidance to customers via phone, email, and digital channels
Learn key insurance product lines and how they apply to different industries
Understand underwriting guidelines and eligibility requirements
Manage customer inquiries and deliver an exceptional service experience
Work within a supportive, team-oriented environment that wants you to grow
Complete all training required to become a licensed insurance agent
You’ll gain hands-on experience, and unlike many entry-level roles, this position equips you with a professional license that stays with you throughout your career
Qualification
Required
Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
No prior insurance experience required
Excellent communicator who enjoys helping others
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn a new industry
Comfortable in a customer-facing or consultative environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Interested in building a long-term career in insurance, business, or financial services
