Responsibilities
Edit engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication
Convert raw footage into high-retention, trend-driven content
Apply strong storytelling, pacing, and music selection
Utilize AI tools for captions, subtitles, transitions, repurposing, and workflow optimization
Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.)
Incorporate motion elements, effects, and basic animations
Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
Maintain quality standards while meeting deadlines
Create motion graphics and 2D animations to elevate video storytelling
Ensure top-notch sound design and mixing for all video outputs
Identify strong hooks and storytelling angles to maximize ad performance
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to bring scripts and concepts to life
Develop or contribute to creative briefs with a strong attention to detail
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of professional video editing experience
Strong creative mindset with understanding of social media trends
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and modern workflows
Strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and visual flow
Ability to adapt editing styles to different brands
Preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and ad creatives
Deep understanding of direct response marketing and creative strategy
Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
Strong sound design skills to enhance the viewer experience
Ability to work under deadlines and pay close attention to detail
Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas beyond editing
