The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join their team based in North Charleston, SC. The Senior Quality Manager will lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and will be responsible for managing employees, developing business plans, and fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manages employees and first-level managers performing management activities across multiple (2 or more) Quality Management Job Families
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

Qualification

Aerospace experienceQuality Assurance experienceLeadership skillsTeam building skillsCross-functional experienceBachelor's degreeProblem solvingCommunication skills

Required

10+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or experience in a regulated industry
3+ years of experience in leading teams (This includes managing team assignments, tracking status and developing a team's talent.)
3+ years of experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment
5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience in quality leadership
