Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solution design
Own full life-cycle implementations: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post–go-live support
Perform hands-on configuration across SCM modules including Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Cost Management
Act as the Cost Management SME, troubleshooting complex costing and inventory valuation issues
Ensure architectural governance and adherence to Oracle best practices
Lead and mentor onshore and offshore teams
Engage directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM – minimum 2 full life-cycle implementations (MANDATORY)
Strong hands-on experience with Process Manufacturing
Strong hands-on experience with Discrete Manufacturing
Strong hands-on experience with Cost Management (Actual, Standard, Landed – Cloud)
Strong hands-on experience with Inventory & Order Management
Proven experience as a Lead / Functional Architect
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience working in global delivery models
Preferred
Oracle Cloud SCM certifications
Experience in Manufacturing, CPG, or Life Sciences
SkuVault or third-party inventory system migrations
Oracle Quality Management and Outside Processing (OSP)
