Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned coffee and beverage service accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships through regular communication, site visits, and responsive support
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, service requests, and equipment needs
Conduct routine account reviews to assess satisfaction, performance, and opportunities for improvement
Educate customers on product offerings, brewing equipment, and service programs
Identify opportunities to expand product lines, upgrade equipment, or introduce additional services
Deliver consultative sales recommendations based on customer preferences, consumption trends, and business goals
Prepare and present product proposals, quotes, and customized service plans
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territory
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely installation of equipment
Troubleshoot brewing and dispensing equipment issues and coordinate repairs as needed
Diagnose common machine errors and perform basic on-site adjustments or maintenance
Analyze account consumption or service patterns to identify operational issues and develop practical solutions
Work closely with service technicians and warehouse teams to ensure seamless customer support
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in account management, customer service, or route sales (coffee, beverage, or vending industry experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Proven ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn coffee equipment troubleshooting
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Proven relationship builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills
Solution based thinker, effective negotiator with C-level executives
Excellent listening, time management, and communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of B2B experience
