Responsibilities
The Brand Advocate will build strong business relationships with suppliers to analyze and improve online key metrics through identifying opportunities and taking action on optimizations needed
The Brand Advocate will also be responsible for understanding customer behavior, executing strategic plans and participating in presentations with supplier and merchandising partners to gain alignment on planned initiatives
Identify process improvement opportunities that will optimize effectiveness
Build reports and analyze KPI reporting on product performance, specification fill rates, asset engagement, assortment and competitive gaps/opportunities
Create optimization action plans and lead performance presentations for monthly, quarterly and annual results
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, product content management, data management or merchandising
Experience working with Retail eCommerce Data
2+ years of strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tell a story and make a recommendation
2+ years of intermediate proficiency with Adobe Analytics and other reporting tools
