Responsibilities
Perform and lead accounting, analytical, and audit activities for assigned engagements
Support financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance reviews, and internal control assessments
Analyze financial statements, general ledger activity, and supporting documentation
Assist in planning and executing audits, examinations, or financial reviews
Prepare clear documentation, workpapers, reports, and deliverables for stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Support multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
At least 2 years of experience at a Senior Accountant, Senior Analyst, or Auditor level
Experience supporting engagements related to one or more of the following: Financial institutions, Real estate, Public or private sector organizations, Federal, State, or Local government entities
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit methodologies
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification
Experience working with PeopleSoft and/or Oracle financial systems
Background in specialized or task-order–based engagements
Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments
