Responsibilities
Create accurate floor plans in Chief Architect
Create detailed wall elevations with correct dimensions, notes, and labeling
Support space planning and layout decisions
Assist with material and finish selections with limited directive (bring thoughtful options and recommendations)
Pull and organize samples; document selections clearly
Manage project files and documentation (plans, specs, selections, photos, notes)
Support client communication: scheduling, follow-ups, notes, and project updates
Keep projects moving forward with strong organization and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Chief Architect (required)
Ability to create accurate plans + elevations independently
Excellent attention to detail (dimensions, labeling, documentation)
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
Professional communication skills
Preferred
Local to Chagrin Falls / Northeast Ohio
Experience in kitchen & bath design, remodeling, cabinetry, or residential construction
Able to work in the showroom (preferred)
