Responsibilities

Experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting them
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience with Agile project methodology
Experience creating Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and end-to-end tracking across the project life cycle
Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and similar tools
Intermediate proficiency with project artifact curation and collaboration using shared tools
Intermediate proficiency with Jama, Jira, Confluence, Steelray, SmartSheets, and similar tools
Experience presenting to stakeholders and/or senior leadership
Knowledge and experience with Medicaid, managed care, MMIS, health claims payment and processing, population health management, or similar areas
