Responsibilities
Lead the sourcing, evaluation, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities across multifamily and mixed-use assets
Oversee complex financial modeling, deal structuring, and risk analysis
Prepare and present investment recommendations to internal committees and senior leadership
Monitor portfolio performance and partner with development and asset management teams throughout the investment lifecycle
Play a senior role in fundraising efforts, including cultivating and maintaining relationships with institutional and high-net-worth investors
Support equity placement, joint venture structuring, and capital markets strategy
Lead investor presentations, due diligence processes, and ongoing communications
Contribute to the expansion of global capital relationships; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
Lead, mentor, and develop investment professionals across the platform
Establish underwriting standards, investment processes, and best practices
Serve as a senior thought partner to executive leadership on investment decisions
Work closely with Development, Asset Management, and Operations to ensure alignment from acquisition through execution
Participate in firm-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives
Represent the firm with investors, lenders, and external partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in real estate investments, private equity, or development-oriented platforms
Deep experience with large-scale multifamily and mixed-use transactions
Demonstrated success in capital raising and investor-facing roles
Proven ability to lead and develop investment teams
Advanced financial modeling and deal structuring skills with Argus
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience with international lenders is preferred
Mandarin professional speaking proficiency is strongly preferred
