Responsibilities
Lead and deliver client projects across operations improvement and ERP transformations, ensuring successful outcomes and measurable value
Manage project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables, while guiding client teams through complex business and technology changes
Conduct process assessments, identify pain points, and design practical, data-driven solutions
Translate business requirements into ERP functional and technical strategies, partnering with system integrators where necessary
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering professional growth and collaboration
Contribute to EAG’s thought leadership and internal initiatives, strengthening our methodologies and knowledge base
Qualification
Required
5+ years of combined consulting and industry experience, with significant focus on production accounting and ERP transformation projects
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., ProCount, Merrick, Quorum Suite, Enertia, Microsoft Dynamics) and how they enable business process improvements
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced, client-facing environments
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Strong client management experience with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
Willingness and ability to travel
