Responsibilities
Works according to HSE requirements
Plans and carries out preventive maintenance of machinery, systems and utility services
Efficiently repairs paint line and auxiliaries during downtime
Supervises external companies providing contract maintenance and repair
Reduction of unscheduled machinery and equipment downtime
Participates in continuous improvement processes and activities
Retains and Updates maintenance documentation
Retains and maintains necessary spare parts inventory for painting
Supports level 1 maintenance training
Is responsible for tidiness of his/her work area (5S)
May relieve fellow team members for their breaks
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (5 years) in maintenance of automotive paint production equipment including previous troubleshooting of ABB robots and paint delivery systems
Technician certification with a specialty in several of the following fields (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics)
Experience in ABB robotics and application processes
Computer skills
Proven problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented
