The Maintenance Repairman 1 will be responsible for a variety of skilled work in building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and masonry trades to ensure the safety and operational efficiency of the Moraine State Park Complex.

Responsibilities
Providing skilled work in a variety of the building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and masonry trades throughout Moraine State Park Complex including McConnells Mill and Moraine State Parks
Utilizing a wide-range of hand and power tools and performing preventative maintenance and inspections for vehicles, equipment, and tools
Serving as a lead worker to semi-skilled laborers, laborers, and other personnel during the completion of projects
Performing general maintenance duties such as welding, repairing automotive equipment, plowing and shoveling snow, cutting storm damaged or hazardous trees, assembling picnic tables, mowing grass, and painting railings, bridges, and washhouses
Contacting vendors and obtaining price quotations, calculating costs of supplies and equipment, estimating man-hours required to complete assignments, and preparing and submitting forms for review and approval
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities
Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License
Must meet the PA residency requirement
Must be able to perform essential job functions
Submission of criminal history reports upon conditional offer of employment
