Responsibilities
Lead investor onboarding processes, including subscription documentation, KYC/AML compliance workflows, and investor portal setup
Manage outbound transactions including commissions, redemptions, liquidity events, and capital calls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain precise investor records by coordinating closely with third-party fund administrators and custodians
Prepare and distribute investor correspondence including quarterly distribution notices, bi-annual performance updates, and year-end tax reporting
Respond promptly to investor inquiries and provide clear explanations of offering performance, structure, and future expectations
Conduct proactive outreach to strengthen relationships with investors and financial advisors
Collaborate with internal teams across acquisitions, asset management, legal, tax, and accounting to provide the highest value to investors
Maintain organized internal data systems, ensure data quality, and coordinate with compliance teams to meet FINRA and SEC requirements
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years of professional experience in finance, investor relations, private wealth advisory, or related real estate/investment fields
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HubSpot CRM system
Ability to work in HQ office 5 days a week
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, communications, or related field
