Mid LevelCCS Global Tech is seeking a Cisco Wireless Network Engineer to focus on Cisco wireless systems and routing/switching. The role involves designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining Cisco wireless infrastructure while also troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues across enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco wireless infrastructure (Cisco WLC, Access Points, Cisco DNA Center, and related wireless solutions)
Perform wireless site surveys , RF analysis, and capacity planning to ensure optimal coverage, performance, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity, performance, and security issues across enterprise environments
Configure and support routing and switching technologies (VLANs, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP) as secondary responsibilities
Implement and maintain wireless security standards , including WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X authentication, and integration with Cisco ISE
Monitor network performance and proactively identify issues using network management and monitoring tools
Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams to support hybrid and on-site environments
Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management for wireless and network devices
Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures
Provide on-site and remote support as needed, including travel within Ohio when required
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license
