Responsibilities
Take full ownership of ordering parts as needed to maintain proper stock levels
Provide fulfillment and staging of products for sold estimates
Manage the intake of all deliveries and mail upon its arrival to our facilities
Review and audit stock and technician inventory
Manage the loaned Inventory lifecycle between SJR and Customers
Manage the RMA lifecycle of defective products
Interface with Accounting to resolve any billing/fulfillment issues
Connect customers to the appropriate team and technician for resolution of technical issues
Establish and maintain professional communication with customers
Reinforce S. J. Rollins culture and values in all communication with customers
Provide a good example of SJ Rollins culture and values
Be on time for work and scheduled meetings

Participate in regular team and company meetings
Take responsibility for personal and career development
