Responsibilities
Partner with business and IT teams to design, plan, implement, and support enterprise campus and global data center networks
Lead large-scale network transformation projects in a cross-functional environment
Manage and deliver multiple high-impact projects concurrently
Act as a senior escalation point for complex network issues and outages
Design, configure, implement, and support edge networks, WAN/MPLS, and cloud connectivity
Improve operational efficiency through network automation initiatives
Enable NOC and support teams via knowledge base development, runbooks, and process improvements
Proactively identify network gaps, risks, and performance issues
Define, audit, and enforce network standards, policies, and best practices
Enhance network security posture and monitoring capabilities
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise and data center networks
Strong expertise in network protocols and routing: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security principles (NAC)
Experience with Remote Access and Site-to-Site VPNs
Experience integrating on-prem networks with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Strong experience with modern switching platforms and firewalls
Proven experience working in multi-vendor environments: Cisco, Aruba, Arista, HP, F5
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in production environments
Demonstrated success managing mission-critical infrastructure projects
Expertise in at least two of the following (mandatory): Cisco Remote Access & Site-to-Site VPN, Aruba ClearPass (NAC), Cloud Networking (AWS / Azure), F5 Load Balancer
Network Automation required (Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools)
CCNP / CCIE or equivalent expert-level certification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
High degree of professionalism and ownership
