Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed monthly / annual sales targets through SDR efforts and researching, contacting and handing leads over to appropriate sales team to engage and ultimately close
Utilize internal and external sophisticated tools to segment out high potential targets by researching their operations, press releases, financial reports and other methods to identify firms and ultimately the key individuals to engage regarding potential agreements
Qualify and track leads as required for meetings scheduled and results
Compliance with all legal and compliance as instructed
Schedule demonstrations/pitches for sales executives through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and networking with potential customers
Works as a subject matter experts interacting with partner to advise on SDR results
Accurate and timely record lead and activity data into CRM or other platforms
Actively contacts potential customers to generate leads
Create the pipelines that leads to closed deals
Other duties as assigned

Required

1-3 years work related experience
Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications
Retail sales experience with a proven track record of supporting sales efforts
Experience functioning as a part of cross functional and collaborative team
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and work on multiple priorities
Experience with CRM software, like Salesforce
HS Diploma or equivalency required
