Responsibilities
Manage full life-cycle recruiting for internal roles, from intake through offer acceptance
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across multiple functional areas and experience levels
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an efficient and professional candidate experience
Manage high volumes of inbound applicants while proactively sourcing passive candidates
Maintain accurate candidate tracking, pipeline status, and interview logistics
Support employer branding and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house or fast-paced professional services environment
Demonstrated experience recruiting across both local (Pittsburgh) and national markets
Proven ability to recruit for diverse roles including technology, procurement, customer success, and sales
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leaders and hiring managers
High attention to detail, follow-through, and candidate experience
