Program Coordinator II (Charleston)
NEOGOV is seeking a Program Coordinator II to join their Office of Mental Health team dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible care to the community. The role involves overseeing clinical and administrative supervision of staff, ensuring quality person-centered care, and representing the clinic in community meetings.

Responsibilities
Provide and oversee appropriate and thorough clinical and administrative supervision to staff according to supervision policies
Ensure that all staff meet Patient Care Hours expectations and managers are coaching and holding staff accountable to PCH policies/protocols
Ensure staff meet collaborative documentation standards and managers are coaching and holding staff accountable to expectations
Ensure team meets access and caseload requirements
Ensure that staff provide quality person-centered care as demonstrated using evidenced-based training and clinical interventions
Ensure that the team operates in an efficient and organized manner. Orient and provide ongoing evaluation of staff
Attend all CAF and School Mental Health meetings at OMH and represent CDMHC in community meetings regarding: CAF and SMH issues/needs with other providers. Key liaison with Charleston County School District (CCSD); Manage school coverage, vacancies, etc. and keep line of communication strong with CCSD. Share pertinent information with management
Comply with all applicable CFMHC/BHDD Quality Assurance, Corporate Compliance and Cultural Competence policies, procedures and regulations and all Federal and State laws. Attend all training courses classified mandatory by Federal and State regulations and Center/agency policies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience
The employee is required to have a serviceable personal vehicle and a valid SC driver's license
This is an essential position and may require some after-hours work to help fill in when staff are out and/or position could be designed for after-hours or weekends
Preferred
A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited program, university, or college in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or other behavioral discipline deemed equivalent by OMH and 3 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical counseling program
Three years of supervisory experience
