Responsibilities

Maintain and supports the College's HR systems
Serve as the main point of contact for user questions and troubleshooting
Collaborate with various departments to ensure systems meet business needs
Maintain data integrity and comply with requirements
Handle system configuration, workflow design, reporting
Work on cross-functional projects to optimize system functionality and user experience

Required

Associate degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
Three (3) years of experience with Workday or another integrated ERP platform

Experience assisting with system troubleshooting, configuration, or reporting

Bachelor's degree
