Senior LevelAlly Waste Services is a fast-growing, nationally recognized premium valet trash and recycling provider. The Senior District Manager is responsible for managing service delivery across multiple apartment communities and overseeing a team of Service Valets to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the total service delivery for up to 20 apartment communities while providing direction and oversight for approximately 15-25 part-time Service Valets within the assigned district
Responsible for hiring, training, on-boarding and disciplining Service Valets
Responsible for ensuring daily/nightly completion of resident door-step trash/recycle pick-up for assigned properties
Inspect properties regularly for resident and Service Valet compliance
Create and maintain cooperative working relationships and frequent communication with property staff through regular site visits and immediate response to questions and concerns
Comply with, promote, and train on all safety policies and procedures; report all safety incidents in a thorough and timely manner
Ensure daily delivery of Valet Reports to designated property staff members
Keep timely/accurate customer, associate and operational records
Discusses associate's development needs and subsequently facilitates appropriate support, coaching, and/or training opportunities
New community launches, including container distributions
In the event a Service Valet fails to report to work, the District Manager will be responsible for completing the valet service
When necessary, the DM will be lifting trash bags and cardboard left from clients (up to 40 pounds), climbing stairs, working outdoors, walking at a fast pace and lifting trash into large receptacles
