Managing quality performance for plastic injection molding and assembly processes
Leading quality auditors and supporting containment of nonconforming material
Conducting failure analysis for internal and customer complaints Monitoring SPC and initiating corrective action when required
Developing and maintaining inspection procedures, gages, and work instructions
Supporting and developing inspection programs
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in a medium- to high-volume manufacturing environment
Experience with 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and quality tools
