Responsibilities

Conduct a rapid assessment of the current D365 setup and ways of working
Identify and resolve issues across B2B sales and lead tracking
Redesign and implement improved sales-to-marketing tracking processes
Clean and rationalise CRM data and workflows
Establish clear tracking from form fills through to sales outcomes
Review and enhance data layers and approval processes
Improve communication and delivery across mixed technical teams
Deep dive into existing D365 structure and configuration
Amend and implement changes to sales tracking processes
Update form fills, matching logic, and tracking flows
Hands-on CRM data clean-up (approx. 40k–60k B2B records)
Embed with client teams to align data, marketing, and sales
Own delivery end-to-end, ensuring tangible outcomes are achieved

Required

Strong, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

Confident communicator, able to explain decisions and lead execution
Experience collaborating across sales, marketing, and data teams
