Reconciling and closing invoices/PO's daily with AssetWorks Fleet Software
Reconciling Procard transactions daily through US Bank
Recommends policy and procedure changes
Compiles complex report for manager
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree
Exceptional Communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize projects
Experience in Microsoft Office, AssetWorks software
