Responsibilities
Conduct flexible, needs-based sales presentations with prospective clients in the 55+ market
Help families understand the value of proper estate planning and guide them toward the right solution
Generate new business through follow-up, referrals, and community-based outreach in the senior market
Represent our mission-driven organization with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
Qualification
Required
2+ years of in-home or consumer-direct sales experience, ideally in financial services, insurance, home services, or similar consultative roles
Highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain important concepts in a clear, compassionate way
Strong organizational and time management abilities; you know how to manage your own calendar and pipeline
Proficient with computers and CRM systems; able to track leads, appointments, and production accurately
Proven background in consumer-direct outside sales with a track record of closing business
Genuine passion for making a positive impact on seniors and their families
Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include some evenings or weekends to meet client needs
