Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
Develop clear business requirements, use cases, and user stories
Partner with developers, architects, and product owners to support solution design and tradeoff analysis
Conduct data analysis and support modeling sessions
Engage stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
Support QA through requirement validation and clarification
Lead and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business partners and vendors
Assist with small‑scale project management tasks, including defining milestones and scope
Contribute to enhancements and initiatives related to the Baird Online web/mobile platform
Qualification
Required
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong ability to write detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories
Solid understanding of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to influence and lead conversations without formal authority
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
Continuous improvement mindset and team-oriented approach
Preferred
Experience with web applications, client-facing platforms, or partnering with UI/UX teams
