AI Engineer

They are seeking a talented Junior AI Engineer to design, implement, and maintain AI solutions and data pipelines within the Microsoft Fabric/Foundry ecosystem, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy machine learning models using Microsoft Data Science capabilities
Build and maintain data pipelines
Implement AI workflows and analytics solutions within the Microsoft platform
Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand AI requirements and deliver solutions
Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
Identify and resolve issues related to data pipelines, model performance, and integration challenges
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed AI solutions and models in production
Provide technical support for AI solution inquiries from internal teams
Stay current with Microsoft Fabric updates, AI/ML trends, and best practices
Contribute to documentation and propose improvements to existing AI workflows and processes

Required

Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (recent graduate)
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript and SQL
Foundational knowledge of machine learning algorithms and concepts
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture
Understanding of data engineering principles including ETL processes and data modeling
Knowledge of software development best practices and version control (Git)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Azure Analytics through coursework, internships, or personal projects
Knowledge of Apache Spark and distributed computing frameworks
Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or Azure AI services
Understanding data security and governance best practices
