Site Project Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of site development projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Monitor site progress, anticipate challenges, and develop corrective action plans as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Provide regular project updates to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and progress
Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
Coordinate purchase orders, subcontractor agreements, and project resources to optimize efficiency and control costs
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations
Promote a proactive safety culture and conduct regular site inspections
Maintain quality control standards in accordance with project requirements and specifications
Resolve issues and disputes professionally while minimizing impact to schedule and budget

Required

3–5 years of construction or site development project management experience
Strong ability to manage schedules, budgets, and on-site operations
Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance
Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, budgets, and technical documents
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites

Preferred

Proactive problem-solving and risk management skills
Strong client and stakeholder relationship management experience
Budget forecasting and cost optimization experience
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
