Responsibilities
Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects (discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, deployment)
Work directly with clients to understand user and system requirements and identify required enhancements or customizations
Document business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications
Configure and implement Business Central applications in customer environments
Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure excellent customer experience
Provide functional support throughout the full project lifecycle
Collaborate with developers on solution design, development, and testing
Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions
Prepare user documentation and support users during training and go‑live
Qualification
Required
Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation environment
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements
Experience working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English
Preferred
Previous experience with Dynamics NAV
