Responsibilities
Support core general accounting functions and month-end close activities
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses across key balance sheet and P&L accounts
Assist with compliance-related activities, including audit, tax, payroll, and international subsidiary support
Contribute to special projects such as system enhancements, process improvements, or ERP optimization initiatives
Provide cross-coverage and backup support for adjacent accounting functions as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 5+ years of progressive general accounting experience
Strong technical accounting foundation with solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Hands-on experience with modern accounting systems and advanced Excel capabilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Background in public accounting or similarly rigorous accounting environments preferred
Applicants located in the PST time zone are preferred
