Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Track budgets, change orders, and cost reports
Maintain project schedules and support milestone tracking
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design partners
Participate in jobsite meetings and inspections
Support closeout documentation and turnover processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
1–5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Desire to grow into a Project Manager role over time
