Responsibilities
Focus your practice primarily on corporate and complex commercial litigation
Handle legal research, initial drafting, and litigation support from day one
Opportunity to work on matters including:
Corporate and commercial litigation
Class actions
Banking and financial services disputes
Professional liability defense
Support high-profile institutional clients
Ability to serve as first or second chair, depending on experience
Busy, active practice with real responsibility and courtroom exposure
Qualification
Required
3–9 years of associate experience preferred
Solid litigation experience, ideally in corporate or commercial matters
Prior experience in a law firm environment
Strong legal writing and research skills
Comfortable supporting senior attorneys and managing litigation tasks independently
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
