Responsibilities
Lead new client implementations of AIMS360 from kickoff through go-live
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding
Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams and external partners as needed
Guide and assist clients with data cleansing and data readiness
Prepare, import, and validate client data (items, customers, vendors, orders, etc.)
Configure AIMS360 features and workflows to match client business processes
Test configurations and validate results with the client
Gather, document, and translate client business requirements into system configuration
Advise clients on best practices for ERP workflows and operational setup
Maintain clear documentation and implementation records
Support EDI-related setup and testing as part of the overall implementation
Coordinate with internal or external EDI resources when deeper technical work is required
Understand common EDI workflows (Pack by Store, Ship to DC, Drop Ship/DTC) at a functional level
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience implementing ERP systems (AIMS360 experience is a plus)
Strong project management and client-facing experience
Hands-on experience with data cleansing, imports, and system configuration
Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Basic to intermediate understanding of EDI concepts (not a technical EDI role)
Preferred
Apparel, footwear, accessories, or wholesale/DTC industry experience
Familiarity with EDI transaction flows and retail compliance
Experience working with integrations or third-party systems
