Responsibilities
Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and further brand loyalty and recognition
Work with customers to review credit and loan eligibility while processing and preparing loan applications
Make loan underwriting decisions to give the best options to our customers
Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service to prevent loss and charge-off accounts, including collection calls
Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank
Ensure effective teamwork and communication to meet customer needs
Train new employees to help develop their skills and understanding of branch operations
Educate customers on all product offerings through the cycle of their financial transactions, including our tax services
Qualification
Required
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Prior experience in retail, sales of the financial industry
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
The willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas
Absolute team player – pitching in when needed and accepting help, too
Knowledge of computer software
A valid driver's license & access to a dependable vehicle
Ability to Commute: Jefferson City, MO 65109 (Required)
