Responsibilities

Collect payments on accounts 1–2 months past due
Resolve delinquencies through effective problem-solving
Take inbound/outbound calls and process phone payments
Set up and monitor repayment plans
Educate and guide customers on Loss Mitigation options
Handle inbound Loss Mitigation calls

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in Collections or Customer Service
Strong working knowledge of FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, and USDA default servicing guidelines
Familiarity with the MSP Servicing System
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
