Responsibilities
Perform professional interior and exterior painting, finishing, staining, varnishing, and coating
Execute proper surface preparation, masking, patching, sanding, taping, and repair work
Apply a variety of finishes, materials, and painting techniques with precision
Support general building maintenance and handyman tasks as needed
Utilize mobile work systems (iPhone/iPad), apps, and Microsoft Teams for daily communication and work orders
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines while on property
Qualification
Required
3+ years of commercial or high-end residential painting experience
Strong knowledge of painting prep, application methods, materials, finishes, and equipment
Experience with both interior and exterior painting work
Previous experience in building maintenance or handyman duties
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle (may be required to operate company vehicles and golf carts)
Willing to complete background check, drug screen, and driving record check upon offer
English fluency required
Comfortable using technology: work order systems, mobile devices, apps, and Microsoft Teams
