PMO & Project Management Experience
Proven experience in project management or supporting a Project Management Office (PMO), preferably within a FIS or related domain
Understanding of project lifecycle and PMO functions
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project lifecycle
Experience in developing and implementing PMO processes or frameworks
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to analyze complex data and situations to identify root causes and propose effective solutions
