Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new sales leads within the assigned region
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
Present and demonstrate relevant product solutions aligned to customer applications and industry-specific use cases
Collaborate with inside sales and customer service to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to proactively respond to opportunities and threats
Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, call reports, and pipeline tracking
Communicate new product offerings, services, or promotions to existing and potential clients
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals in alignment with company objectives
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and on-site customer visits to promote company offerings

Required

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
At least five years of related experience required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to learn and convey technical product knowledge effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Comfort with travel and managing a multi-state territory
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be able to travel within their territory 80%, 20% remote office
