Responsibilities
Operate stationary woodworking and production equipment (power saws, jointers, planers, shapers) to cut and prepare components for assembly
Assemble cabinet and display components using predefined work instructions, fixtures, and quality standards
Drill, glue, fasten, and clamp components to form finished subassemblies and units
Install standardized hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer systems
Sand and prepare components for downstream finishing processes
Maintain consistent production pace and quality metrics
Follow all manufacturing safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace policies
Contribute to a team-oriented environment that values consistency, reliability, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and consistency
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow written and visual work instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Dependable work ethic and positive team attitude
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
Flexibility to work across multiple PD manufacturing locations as needed
Demonstrated respect for diversity and inclusive teamwork
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly
