Required

10+ years in a senior or leadership sales role

Experience managing and growing major and regional accounts
Familiarity with Lawn & Garden distributors
Willingness to travel as needed
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Highly motivated, passionate, and goal‑oriented
Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Consumer products experience is mandatory

Preferred

Lawn & Garden experience strongly preferred
