Help Desk Specialist
Insight Global is a large home healthcare company looking to hire a helpdesk technician to join their application support team. The role involves answering troubleshooting requests and resolving issues related to MS Office and internal EMR applications, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Answering incoming troubleshooting requests via phone calls, JIRA ticketing system and email
Resolving ~20 tickets a day, including issues such as password resets and MS Office problems
Providing white glove service by following up with users to ensure their issues are resolved or to provide status updates
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of IT experience -- geek squad, internship or corporate experience
Bachelor's degree
Customer service skills
Preferred
Experience supporting and troubleshooting MSOffice
Experience using Okta single sign on
Experience using JIRA ticketing system
