In this role, you will deliver and manage beverage stations, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction while driving revenue and strengthening relationships.

Responsibilities
Deliver, replenish, and rotate coffee, tea, and related items; ensure beverage stations are perfectly merchandised and aligned to standard
Manage route paperwork and processes—invoice handling, inventory tracking, and collections
Drive revenue per stop by closing distribution gaps on core products, activating seasonal/LTO promotions, and executing pricing actions
Address concerns quickly, escalating to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) to achieve customer satisfaction
Spot inefficiencies or opportunities and notify the ASM, especially while running route relief
Assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and customer initiatives as assigned
Make basic equipment adjustments and repairs to brewing systems
When time allows, make additional sales calls to expand our footprint
Support warehouse operations, accounts receivable collections, and customer service activities as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to successfully complete a DOT physical
Route delivery experience is a plus; customer service background preferred; foodservice experience desired
Mechanical aptitude with company hardware/software; strong decision-making and business judgment
Active listening, effective communication, and relationship-building skills
Proactive, self-directed, and aligned with company goals; skilled at identifying issues and opportunities
