Confidential is seeking an energetic Inside Sales & Lead Qualification Specialist to serve as the crucial first contact for their sales pipeline. Responsibilities
Proactively contact and call prospective pharmacy leads to assess their needs, interest level, and readiness for a sales conversation
Engage prospects in conversations to understand their current challenges, identify pain points, and determine if our solutions are a strong fit
Skillfully qualify leads and schedule introductory appointments or handoffs to the outside sales representatives
Accurately track and document all contact activity, lead status changes, and qualifying information within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity
Develop a foundational understanding of our pharmaceutical products to effectively communicate value propositions during initial conversations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional verbal communication skills with the confidence to conduct proactive outbound calls and persuade prospects
Experience or aptitude in sales support, lead generation, or business development preferred
Strong ability to manage a high volume of leads, schedule appointments, and maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable and proficient using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other office tools to maximize efficiency
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting daily/weekly lead generation targets
