This role requires strong leadership and coordination between business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for the development, rollout, and expansion of P&C insurance products
Drive alignment and coordination between business and technical workstreams, managing interdependencies across teams
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets
Partner closely with business leaders, product managers, underwriters, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful execution
Track, manage, and communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders at all levels
Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, escalating and resolving issues to keep initiatives on track
Ensure delivery meets defined success criteria and complies with regulatory and internal standards
Contribute to the development of repeatable project frameworks, tools, and best practices for future product launches
Qualification
Required
7+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in regulated environments with a focus on quality and compliance
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Information Technology, or a related field
