Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking cases
Manage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
Conduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositions
Communicate with clients and prepare monthly status reports
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work product
Maintain an average of 165 billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm management
Qualification
Required
7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skills
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas
Candidates should be licensed and located in Oklahoma
Preferred
Dual licensure in New Mexico or Oklahoma is a plus
