Human Resources Business Partner, Manager

RYZE is a fast-growing company focused on wellness and innovation. They are seeking an HR Business Partner (Manager) to support various business units and drive organizational growth through effective people strategies and Workday optimization.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner for an assigned group of departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
Provide coaching to managers and leaders on performance, communication, and organizational effectiveness
Partner with leadership to define team structure, workforce planning, leveling, and org design as the company scales
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure people strategies align with business objectives
Act as a key contributor to Workday implementation, enhancements, and long-term optimization
Translate business needs into scalable Workday business processes, workflows, and automations
Support training, troubleshooting, documentation, and system adoption across assigned business units
Serve as a Workday SME as the platform becomes our single source of truth for people operations
Manage ER cases with discretion, fairness, risk awareness, and complete documentation
Partner with Legal on compliance, policy refinement, and risk mitigation
Coach leaders on accountability, performance conversations, and team health
Support culture-building initiatives as teams grow and evolve
Support talent reviews, performance cycles, leveling, and compensation processes
Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies within your business units
Identify capability gaps, succession needs, and development opportunities
Assist with leadership development planning and implementation

Required

5–7+ years of HRBP or People Operations experience supporting multi-functional or corporate teams in high-growth environments
Workday experience required — business process ownership or implementation strongly preferred
Experience supporting senior leaders across various functions, including Marketing
Strong ER experience with sound judgment and a balanced, practical approach
Builder mindset — comfortable creating structure, documentation, and new workflows
Ability to operate with speed, clarity, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels
Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions with limited information
